Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Products must include original packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom products
• Clearance items
• Products damaged through misuse

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include photos and your order number
• We will replace the item or issue a refund if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refund approval notifications will be sent via email
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds return to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using trackable shipping services

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
